「デカ文字計算」プライバシーポリシー・利用規約

1.収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、端末識別子、広告識別子などの個人情報を取得しません。会員登録やログインもありません。

本アプリは、計算の記録と設定（以下「記録データ」）を、端末内にのみ保存します。記録データは次のとおりです。

• レベルおよびレベルの進み具合
• 解いた問題数、正解数、種類ごとの成績
• 獲得したメダル（金・銀・銅）の数
• まちがえた問題の内容
• 設定（言語、文字の大きさ、振動、効果音、BGM）

運営者は記録データを取得・閲覧することは一切できません。本アプリは運営者のサーバーを持たず、記録データが外部へ送信されることはありません。

2.広告・アクセス解析について

本アプリは広告を表示しません。アクセス解析、行動の計測、クラッシュ情報の収集を行う仕組みも組み込んでいません。利用者の行動が運営者または第三者へ送信されることはありません。

3.端末の権限と外部サイトへのリンク

本アプリが使用する端末の権限は、振動（バイブレーション）のみです。まちがえたときのお知らせに使用し、設定画面からいつでもオフにできます。カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、写真などの権限は要求しません。

設定画面の「お問い合わせ」を選んだ場合に限り、ブラウザで運営者のウェブサイトを開きます。リンク先のページには、そのページのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

4.端末のバックアップについて

お使いの端末のバックアップ機能を有効にしている場合、記録データはバックアップの一部として端末外に保存されることがあります。iPhone・iPad では Apple の iCloud に、Android では Google のサーバーに保存されます。これらは Apple 社および Google 社の管理下で行われるものであり、運営者は関与しません。

5.データの保存および消失について

本アプリの記録データは、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。端末の故障、紛失、初期化、OSの仕様変更、本アプリの削除、アプリの不具合、端末のストレージ障害その他の理由により、記録データが失われる可能性があります。

運営者は、記録データが常に安全に保存されること、または将来にわたって保存・復元できることを保証するものではありません。また、本アプリは運営者側で記録データを保管していないため、端末上の記録データが失われた場合であっても、運営者がデータを復元することはできません。残しておきたい記録については、必要に応じてユーザー自身でバックアップまたは6. のデータの書き出しを行ってください。

6.書き出したデータ・読み込むデータの取り扱い

設定画面の「データを書き出す」から、記録データをJSONファイルとして書き出せます。書き出したファイルは、端末や、選択した保存先・クラウドサービス等で管理されます。保存・共有・移動・第三者への提供および削除等は、すべてご自身の責任で管理していただくものとし、運営者が書き出したファイルの保存場所や内容を管理することはできません。

設定画面の「データを読み込む」を選んだ場合は、選択したファイルを読み込み、端末内の記録データを置き換えます。置き換える前の記録データは元に戻せません。読み込んだ内容が外部へ送信されることはありません。

7.データの削除方法

設定画面の「データを全部消す」から、記録データをすべて削除できます（削除前に2段階の確認があります）。削除したデータは復元できません。本アプリを端末から削除した場合、端末内の記録データはすべて消去されます。ただしバックアップが有効な場合は、4. の記載のとおり端末外に残ることがあります。

運営者は記録データを保有していないため、運営者への削除依頼の手続きは必要ありません。

8.運営者がデータを復元できないことについて

本アプリでは、ユーザーの記録データを運営者のサーバー等に保存していません。そのため、以下のような場合を含め、運営者がユーザーの記録データを復元・再提供することはできません。

• 端末の故障や紛失
• 端末の初期化
• 本アプリの削除
• ユーザー自身によるデータ削除
• 他のデータを読み込んだことによる上書き
• アプリの不具合等によるデータ消失
• バックアップを利用していなかったことによるデータ消失
• その他、端末内のデータが利用できなくなった場合

残しておきたいデータについては、ユーザー自身でバックアップまたはJSONファイルへの書き出しを行うことをおすすめします。

9.お子さまの利用について

本アプリは、利用者の年齢に関する情報を含め、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。お子さまがご利用になった場合でも、個人情報が収集されることはありません。

10.アプリストアへの申告

本アプリは記録データを運営者側で収集する仕組みを持たないため、App Store の「App のプライバシー」および Google Play の「データ セーフティ」において、いずれも「データを収集しません」として申告しています。なお、Apple社、Google社その他の第三者が提供するOSやバックアップサービス等については、それぞれのサービス提供者が定めるプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約が適用されます。

11.本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更や本アプリの機能追加等に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上でお知らせするとともに、最終更新日を更新します。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

1.本サービスの目的

デカ文字計算は、日常の暇つぶしと頭の体操を目的として提供するアプリです。学習教材ではありません。

2.医療・健康・学習効果を保証するものではありません

本アプリは、医療行為、診断、治療、疾病の予防を目的としたものではありません。認知機能の維持・向上、記憶力の改善、学習成績の向上など、いかなる効果も保証するものではありません。健康上の心配がある場合は、必ず医師等の専門家にご相談ください。

3.データの保存とバックアップ

本アプリの記録は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。次の場合、記録は失われ、当方が復元することはできません。

• 本アプリをアンインストールした場合
• 端末の初期化、故障、紛失があった場合
• 設定画面から「データを全部消す」を実行した場合
• 他の端末のデータを読み込んで上書きした場合

記録を残しておきたい場合は、設定画面の「データを書き出す」から定期的にバックアップを保存してください。

データのバックアップは、ご利用者の責任で行ってください。データの消失・破損について、運営者は復旧の義務を負わず、これにより生じた損害について責任を負いません。

4.出題内容について

本アプリの問題は、あらかじめ定めた規則にもとづき自動的に生成されます。当方は問題および判定の正確性に努めますが、その完全性を保証するものではありません。

5.禁止事項

本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を禁止します。

• 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング
• 本アプリまたはその構成要素の再配布、販売、貸与
• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 当方または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

6.知的財産権

本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれる画像、音声、文章等の著作権その他の権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。

本アプリは、書体「源柔ゴシック（GenJyuu Gothic）」を SIL Open Font License 1.1 にもとづいて使用しています。ライセンス全文はアプリ内に同梱しています。

7.免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じたいかなる損害についても、法令により免責が認められない場合を除き、責任を負いません。

消費者契約法その他の強行法規により当方が責任を負う場合であっても、その範囲は通常生じうる直接かつ現実の損害に限られるものとします。

8.サービスの変更・終了

当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。

9.準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

10.本規約の改定

当方は、必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。改定後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

This is the privacy policy for the iOS and Android app デカ文字計算 (Dekamoji Keisan), referred to below as "the app". The app is operated by maple project ("the operator").

This English text is a translation of the Japanese version above. If the two differ, the Japanese version applies.

1.Information collected

The app does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, location, device identifiers or advertising identifiers. There is no account registration or login.

The app stores calculation records and settings ("record data") only on the device. Record data consists of the following:

• The level and progress toward the next level
• The number of questions answered, the number answered correctly, and results by question type
• The number of medals earned (gold, silver and bronze)
• The questions answered incorrectly
• Settings (language, text size, vibration, sound effects and background music)

The operator cannot obtain or view record data. The app has no server operated by the operator, and record data is never sent outside the device.

2.Advertising and analytics

The app does not show advertisements. It contains no analytics, behavior measurement or crash reporting tools. User activity is not sent to the operator or to any third party.

3.Device permissions and external links

The only device permission the app uses is vibration. It is used to signal an incorrect answer and can be turned off at any time in Settings. The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

Only when "Contact us" is selected in Settings does the app open the operator's website in a browser. The privacy policy of that page applies to the page that opens.

4.Device backups

If the backup feature of the device is turned on, record data may be stored outside the device as part of that backup: in Apple's iCloud on iPhone and iPad, and on Google's servers on Android. These backups are managed by Apple and Google, and the operator is not involved in them.

5.Storage and loss of data

Record data is stored on the user's device. It may be lost because of device failure, loss or reset, changes to the operating system, deletion of the app, a defect in the app, a storage fault on the device, or other causes.

The operator does not guarantee that record data will always be stored safely or that it can be kept or restored in the future. Because the operator does not hold record data, the operator cannot restore it if it is lost from the device. For records worth keeping, users should make their own backup or export the data as described in section 6.

6.Exported and imported data

"Export data" in Settings saves record data as a JSON file. The exported file is kept on the device or in the storage location or cloud service the user selects. Storing, sharing, moving, providing to third parties and deleting that file are the user's own responsibility. The operator cannot manage where the file is stored or what it contains.

"Import data" in Settings reads the file the user selects and replaces the record data on the device. The record data that was replaced cannot be brought back. Imported content is not sent outside the device.

7.Deleting data

"Erase all data" in Settings deletes all record data, after two confirmation steps. Deleted data cannot be restored. Deleting the app from the device also erases all record data on the device. If backups are turned on, however, a copy may remain outside the device as described in section 4.

Because the operator does not hold record data, there is no need to ask the operator to delete it.

8.The operator cannot restore data

The app does not store users' record data on the operator's servers or anywhere else under the operator's control. The operator therefore cannot restore or provide record data again, including in the following cases:

• Device failure or loss
• Device reset
• Deletion of the app
• Deletion of data by the user
• Data overwritten by importing other data
• Data lost because of a defect in the app
• Data lost because no backup was made
• Any other case in which data on the device becomes unusable

For data worth keeping, users are advised to make their own backup or export the data as a JSON file.

9.Use by children

The app does not collect any personal information, including information about the user's age. No personal information is collected when a child uses the app.

10.App store declarations

Because the app has no means for the operator to collect record data, it is declared as collecting no data both in "App Privacy" on the App Store and in "Data safety" on Google Play. Operating systems, backup services and other services provided by Apple, Google or other third parties are governed by the privacy policies and terms of those providers.

11.Changes to this policy

This policy may be changed in response to changes in the law or new features in the app. Important changes will be announced on this page and the "last updated" date will be revised. The revised policy applies from the time it is posted on this page.

1.Purpose of the service

デカ文字計算 (Dekamoji Keisan) is an app provided for passing the time and for light mental exercise in everyday life. It is not a teaching material.

2.No guarantee of medical, health or learning benefits

The app is not intended for medical practice, diagnosis, treatment or the prevention of disease. It does not guarantee any effect, including maintaining or improving cognitive function, improving memory, or improving academic results. Anyone with concerns about their health should consult a doctor or other professional.

3.Data storage and backups

The app's records are stored only on the device. In the following cases the records are lost and the operator cannot restore them:

• The app is uninstalled
• The device is reset, breaks down or is lost
• "Erase all data" is carried out in Settings
• Data from another device is imported and overwrites the records

To keep records, save a backup regularly using "Export data" in Settings.

Backing up data is the user's responsibility. The operator has no obligation to recover lost or damaged data and is not liable for any damage that results.

4.Questions in the app

The questions in the app are generated automatically according to rules set in advance. The operator makes every effort to keep the questions and the marking accurate, but does not guarantee that they are free of errors.

5.Prohibited acts

The following acts are prohibited when using the app:

• Copying, modifying, decompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering the app
• Redistributing, selling or lending the app or any of its components
• Acts that violate the law or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe the rights of the operator or of third parties

6.Intellectual property

Copyright and other rights in the app and in the images, audio, text and other content it contains belong to the operator or to the rightful owners.

The app uses the typeface GenJyuu Gothic under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The full text of the license is included in the app.

7.Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. Except where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the app or the inability to use it.

Even where the operator is liable under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other mandatory law, that liability is limited to direct and actual damage that would ordinarily arise.

8.Changes to and end of the service

The operator may change the content of the app or stop providing it without prior notice to users.

9.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location.

10.Changes to these terms

The operator may revise these terms when necessary. The revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
